The Role

As a

Senior DevOps Engineer

, you'll work

on-site in London

, collaborating directly with senior leadership to scale and enhance our rapidly growing platform.


Our product combines finance, logistics, and industrial processes - a complex "1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle" - requiring sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to see the bigger picture.


You'll contribute to:

Architecture upgrades

to handle increasing complexity.

Rapid feature delivery

without sacrificing quality.

Hiring, mentoring, and shaping team culture

Key Requirements

5+ years of solid software engineering

before transitioning into DevOps. Proven experience in

fast-paced startups

, thriving under pressure and delivering results. Strong coding background: clean, efficient, and scalable code. Ability to simplify complex systems into elegant solutions. Experience across multiple programming languages (polyglot mindset).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

(or equivalent experience).
