About the role




As we continue to grow, we're constantly on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team. What you'll be doing



Working with our customers on their existing DevOps ecosystems, tools, processes and applications. Understanding the technical and strategic reasoning behind our customer's systems architecture Guiding our customer's teams through project and pipeline migrations from initial planning to final approval. Clearly communicating the benefits of standardisation, such as better scalability, lower costs, and more efficient operations. Engaging with developer communities through collaborative development and knowledge sharing platforms Providing comprehensive training on custom tools, scripts, and underlying infrastructure to ensure team success.


Qualifications

What we're looking for



Advanced knowledge of the GitLab CI/CD ecosystem, including pipeline architecture and best practices. Understanding of Kubernetes concepts and usage Experience with a variety of build and packaging tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle, npm, Docker, Bazel). Deep expertise in build troubleshooting. Familiarity with enterprise-grade security and quality tools such as HashiCorp Vault, SonarQube, Veracode, and Prisma. Solid grasp of version control strategies, including branching models and release workflows. Solid understanding of security, compliance, and access controls in regulated enterprise environments. Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps best practices, with the ability to guide teams toward adopting scalable, standardised approaches. Comfortable working in Agile/SAFe environments, with strong communication skills Experience with Datadog to gain insights into system performance and health.

A few nice to haves



Experience working in regulated industries. Knowledge of OpenShift Container Platform. Exposure or willingness to learn Rust programming language. Security Best Practices - Implement common security solutions, including secrets management, IAM, and compliance automation. Programming & Scripting - Write and maintain security-focused automation scripts using Python, Bash, or other relevant languages.
