Join us as a Senior Digital Adoption Manager at Barclays where you will help shape the future of banking by owning the early stages of the customer lifecycle, with an acquisition mindset across the first 180 days. Responsibilities include shaping the digital experience from initial recruitment and touchpoints through to prospect identification, segmentation, marketing incentives, communications, and customer experience strategies, all aimed at driving high engagement and differentiated outcomes.
To be successful as a you should have:
Proven experience in acquisition and customer onboarding across digital and channel environments.
Demonstrable expertise in managing the product lifecycle, including delivering change and scaling solutions for customers.
Line management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams.
Experience working within financial services environments.
Demonstrable background in working with data, including previous experience with AI applications.

Experience applying AGILE methodologies.
Exposure to working with branch networks and voice telephony teams.
