As a Senior Digital Channel Manager, you will be focusing on online banking and mobile app and setting digital standards across the bank, ensuring all the labs meet and perform against standards. This involves influencing key stakeholders, monitoring performance and ensuring all the channels operating with the right tolerance and controls are up to date. You will be setting up architectural foundation and shaping vision for success, working closely with BX teams ensuring they are aligning with business requirements.
To be successful as a Senior Digital Channel Manager, you should have experience with
Have previous experience in risk and controls environment.
Understand technology such as Digital platforms, React, React Native, Cell based Architecture and business implcations of architectural choices.
Experience of managing digital channels - including incidents management, customer outcomes optimisation
Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders.
Previous experience in programme management, ability to coordinate and track multiple teams across the bank.
Experience working in the large complex organisation.
Some other highly valued skills may include
Knowledge of MCP and GenAI.
Have project management experience.
Knowledge of using Jira.
A/B testing and continuous improvement
