Senior Digital Designer

with strong

commercial experience

to produce engaging digital projects for

top brands and advertisers

. This role is ideal for a

Web Designer or Digital Designer

eager to create compelling

ad solutions, landing pages, emails, and social media creatives

.




Main Responsibilities





As a

Senior Digital Designer

, you will:


Lead the creative direction

on campaigns alongside the

Creative Director

Design & develop

digital assets across multiple platforms

Collaborate with commercial teams

to create high-impact advertising solutions

Mentor junior designers & freelancers

What You'll Work On




Display & Rich-Media Ads (HTML5 banners, interactive ads, dynamic creatives)

HTML5 Landing Pages (responsive & mobile-first)

Responsive Emails (designed & coded)

Social Media Creatives (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc)

Visual Concepts & Mockups for client pitches





Person Specification





We're looking for someone with:


5+ years' experience

in

digital/web design or development

Strong skills in

HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery

Expertise in

Adobe Creative Cloud

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma)

Excellent UI/UX skills

with a focus on responsive & mobile-first design Experience in

cross-platform & cross-browser testing

Ability to

manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Strong

problem-solving skills

and a

keen eye for detail

Experience producing

rich-media advertising & interactive campaigns

Confidence to

pitch creative ideas and solutions

Motion graphics skills in

Adobe After Effects or similar






Desirable


Experience with

Celtra, DoubleClick, Sizmek, Teads

for rich-media ads Previous experience in an

agency or publishing environment
