Senior Marketing Executive

THE ROLE

We are seeking a results driven and experienced marketer to join our sales and marketing team with the goal to become the manager of the marketing department.

The marketing team work closely in collaboration with the sales team and are at the forefront of all we do. The senior digital marketing executive will work as part of the marketing team to develop our marketing strategies and initiatives, focusing on lead generation ideas, collaboration with the sales team and utilising our strong branding and resources for further development.

The role comes with a fully planned pathway to marketing manager.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for leading on planning and implementing a full range of online and offline marketing and communications activities, maintaining a high-quality service delivery and contributing to new initiatives.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive you will:

Manage and create digital marketing content for specific brands and channels including social media, email campaigns and website content, tailoring content to the target audience and platform. Create and update digital marketing assets such as technical sales documentation, company presentations, installation guides and brochures. Oversee the marketing team's tasks and performance against targets. Liaise with our press connections for editorial content, providing expert comment and associated imagery as required. Maintain and develop key relationships with the marketing team's of our clients and foster close marketing collaboration. Maintain close working ties with the sales team members, collaborating to develop new initiatives and ideas for client engagement. Work with the regional teams to assist them in organising regional events, including the creation of digital assets, email campaigns and photography. Keep up to date with the needs of our niche target audiences and ways to develop appropriate marketing output.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role. experience across the marketing discipline proven experience in leading marketing campaigns, creating social media content, content writing and image selection. Excellent written skills is a must it is essential that you have experience in using InDesign or similar graphic design software as well as experience in all Microsoft applications (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
