Digital Marketing Executive
to take our SEO, design and marketing asset production to the next level.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for delivering and optimising smartKYC's digital presence across organic search, presentations, branded materials, and campaign assets. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of
SEO
,
content strategy
, and
visual design
.
You'll be the go-to person for:
On-page and technical SEO improvements
Keyword strategy and content optimisation
Creating and maintaining our visual identity across PowerPoints, PDFs, social posts, and other marketing assets
Supporting demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement teams with professional-grade materials
Some events administration
Maintaining parts of Zoho CRM and its marketing tools
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Management
Own and execute smartKYC's SEO strategy across web pages and blog content
Conduct keyword research, site audits, and performance reporting
Work with internal or external writers to optimise content for search
Maintain and improve smartKYC.com in coordination with developers and hosting teams
Visual & Design Support
Create compelling and professional slide decks, one-pagers, brochures, and infographics
Maintain brand consistency across all external-facing documents
Use tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (or Figma) to produce branded visuals
Support event and campaign asset creation (e.g., booth designs, social banners)
Marketing Ops & Campaign Support
Support content distribution across LinkedIn, email and website
Track and report on campaign performance and SEO KPIs
Work with sales to keep pitch decks and collateral up to date
Requirements
Minimum
5 years' proven experience
in digital marketing roles with a strong SEO and design component
Deep knowledge of on-page and technical SEO best practices
Strong skills in
PowerPoint
,
Canva
, or
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with
WordPress
,
Google Analytics
,
Google Search Console
, and basic HTML/CSS understanding
Strong eye for detail and visual consistency
Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced team
B2B tech or fintech experience preferred (but not essential)
