The role



We're looking for an experienced and creative

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

to join our Marketing team in the City of London. This is a

proactive role in a fast-paced environment

,offering the scope to take full ownership of campaigns, generate new ideas, and influence the wider digital strategy.

You'll play a key role in

planning and executing multichannel marketing campaigns

, with a strong focus on content, campaign management and digital performance.

This position provides excellent opportunities for

, where your creativity, initiative, and strategic thinking will be highly valued. You will work closely with our global marketing teams across France and Asia, making this an international and highly collaborative role.

We operate a

hybrid working

model, with three days in our London office and two days working from home.

Responsibilities



As our Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will:

Develop, implement, and optimise

multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

across paid, owned, and earned media, including PPC, social media, display, and email. Lead the

planning, production, and delivery of engaging content

that reflects our brand tone and business objectives. Support with

identifying new customer segments and modelling

to inform campaign planning and targeting. Manage and continuously improve

website performance

through SEO, content optimisation, and user experience enhancements. Oversee

reporting and analytics

, turning insights into actionable recommendations for improving reach, engagement, and conversion. Monitor

industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour

to help identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Stay up-to-date with emerging tools, trends, and best practices, including

AI-driven marketing and automation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies

to deliver high-quality creative assets

and campaigns in a timely manner and within budget.

Qualifications & experience



We are looking for someone who has:

A degree in

Marketing, Communications, Business

, or a related field. 3-4 years of

proven digital marketing experience

, ideally within insurance, financial services, or another regulated sector. A track record of delivering

successful multichannel campaigns

that drive results. Strong

writing and editing skills

, able to create compelling content for multiple platforms and audiences. Knowledge of

SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools

(Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Hands-on experience with

CMS platforms and marketing automation tools

. Excellent

analytical skills

, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Creative thinking and the ability to

contribute to strategic campaign development

. Excellent

communication and collaboration skills

and the ability to work with diverse global teams.
You must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
