We're looking for a talented

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

to join our professional in-house team at Colten Care, - a family-owned care home provider with a reputation for outstanding care and an ambition to lead the sector in premium later life living.


This is a brilliant opportunity for a digital marketing professional who is confident with performance advertising, search optimisation, and content strategy - and who wants their work to make a real difference to families navigating one of life's most important decisions.


As part of our collaborative marketing team, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing digital activity across our portfolio of 21 care homes - working alongside experienced marketing professionals, graphic designers and support teams to deliver results.


Key responsibilities will include:

Digital Advertising



Planning, managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Bing Tracking and improving performance using enquiry data, cost-per-lead, ROI and conversion insights

SEO & Local Search



Optimising website copy, metadata, and internal linking to improve organic visibility Creating and maintaining SEO-driven landing pages and blog articles Managing Google Business listings for all homes, ensuring local SEO best practice, regular updates, and engaging content Monitoring and responding to public reviews and questions

Social Media Strategy & Content



Supporting Facebook and Instagram content creation, including post ideas, stories and video Repurposing PR stories through paid campaigns to boost reach and brand awareness Promoting local home events via paid social campaigns

Review & Reputation Management



Managing carehome.co.uk reviews and responses, reporting to senior management and supporting Home Managers with objectives Overseeing reviews across Google, responding thoughtfully and reporting trends to the wider team

Website Content, Development & Maintenance



Implementing content updates, building new pages and landing pages, and enhancing the user experience Publishing news and PR stories across our websites Managing external developers for technical work, updates and new features

Digital Reporting & Insight



Monitoring, analysing and reporting on paid campaign results, website traffic, SEO performance, and enquiry trends Identifying patterns in care enquiries and supporting occupancy efforts through data insight

About You




You'll be a confident communicator with a strong grasp of digital tools and techniques. You'll combine analytical thinking with creative flair, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You'll be organised, self-motivated and always looking to improve performance.

3+ years proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms In-depth understanding of SEO best practice and on-page optimisation Experience managing a social media content calendar Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and reporting dashboards Ability to write clear, concise content and evaluate creative performance Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) A team player attitude with a proactive, can-do approach
