Role overview

We're looking for a talented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team! As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a vital role in helping us drive our digital marketing strategy. You'll work closely with our Digital Marketing Web & CRO Manager to ensure our website is up-to-date, easy to use, and effective at driving conversions.



This role is ideal for someone with a strong balance of hands-on web execution and data-driven experimentation. You'll work cross-functionally with the wider Marketing team to help ensure our website supports on-going campaigns and other projects.



Key Responsibilities

Website Support& Content Execution

Assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across the marketing website, working closely with the Marketing team. Help ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand, while also considering user experience. Support the day-to-day management of our CMS platform and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Operations and Engineering teams for support and maintenance.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

Assist in developing and implementing the CRO roadmap, including A/B testing, personalisation, and user journey improvements. Help identify and implement best practices in UX, SEO, page design, CTAs, and performance optimisation. Assist in analysing behavioural data to inform CRO decisions and improve website performance, with guidance from the Digital Marketing team.

What will you need to succeed?

Experience

2+ years' experience in website support, digital marketing, or CRO roles. Demonstrated success improving website conversion rates through structured testing. Working knowledge of A/B testing platforms, web analytics, and user behaviour tools. Understanding of SEO fundamentals, web performance, and user experience design principles. Project management skills - able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work quickly and efficiently with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy. Ability to independently manage workflow and prioritise tasks to meet changing deadlines. Google Analytics or similar experience (desirable). Understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practice. Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
