The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing strategy and drive brand growth across multiple channels. This is a key leadership position within our team, responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and measurable results.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Manage paid and organic marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content strategy. Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all digital touchpoints. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team. Analyse performance metrics and present actionable insights to senior management. Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on all digital activities.

Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B or software/SaaS environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in Google Ads, SEO, analytics platforms, and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce). Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management abilities. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
