We are looking for a

Digital Performance Manager

to drive brand growth by boosting our digital presence through smart SEO and cutting-edge tech like Meta and Google AI. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll lead data-driven strategies to enhance visibility, performance, and stay ahead of digital trends.


What You'll Do:




Own and optimise our website strategy

, enhancing UX, design, and functionality to boost traffic, bookings, and brand consistency.

Lead SEO efforts

(technical, content, local, and mobile) in partnership with our agency to improve visibility across search engines and LLMs.

Drive performance marketing

across paid channels (PPC, affiliates, retargeting) and support CRM and loyalty programme development.

Leverage customer data

through a CDP to unlock insights, refine digital journeys, and improve conversion.

Stay ahead of digital trends

, testing and integrating new tools and platforms like Meta AI, Google AI, and generative content tech.

Collaborate on digital campaigns

, shaping multi-channel strategies and content that align with our brand voice and goals.

Track, analyse, and report on performance

, using data to inform decisions and continually improve ROI.

About You:




Committed to driving success and working in a high-performing team Brimming with Intelligence, Grace and Graft Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field 5+ years' experience in a digital marketing role Experience in a multi-site business in either hospitality or retail preferred Demonstrable experience managing SEO campaigns and improving search visibility Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and related AI/automation features is highly desirable
