What you will do
Campaign delivery and management
Plan, develop and deliver creative Digital PR campaigns that support client SEO and brand goals
Collaborate with the Head of SEO to create campaigns that earn high-quality coverage and backlinks
Manage projects from ideation through to outreach, delivery and reporting
Research and identify relevant data, stories and trends to inspire campaign concepts
Write press releases, media materials and content that grab attention and drive engagement
Build targeted media lists and deliver personalised, effective outreach
Support influencer and creator collaborations as part of wider campaign delivery
Media and stakeholder relations
Develop and maintain strong journalist and media relationships across key sectors
Confidently pitch stories to press, bloggers and influencers
Present campaign ideas and results to clients and internal teams
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify new opportunities for clients
Reporting and insights
Measure campaign performance against key metrics, preparing clear and insightful reports
Use data to evaluate what worked, what didn't, and how to improve future campaigns
Share insights and learnings with the wider digital and client teams to inform strategy
Team collaboration
Work closely with SEO, content and client services colleagues to align PR campaigns with wider digital strategies
Contribute to brainstorms and idea sessions across the agency
Support pitches and proposals with creative ideas and examples
What we're looking for
3-4 years' experience in Digital PR or a related role within a digital marketing or PR agency
A confident communicator and natural storyteller with a flair for identifying creative angles
Experience delivering campaigns end to end, from concept to coverage and reporting
A solid understanding of how Digital PR supports SEO and drives measurable performance
Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to build relationships with journalists, clients and colleagues
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Comfortable analysing results and using data to shape ideas and recommendations
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ambition to grow and take ownership of bigger campaigns over time
What you will get
Competitive salary 30,000-35,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working, Tuesday to Thursday in the Leeds office
