Job Description

The LEGO Group is looking for a strategic and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead one of our core product areas on LEGO.com and will be part of the Shopper & Member Experience team. In this role, you will define and deliver the product vision and roadmap, shaping how millions of customers engage with our brand online. From driving meaningful commercial outcomes to crafting exceptional user journeys, you'll play a key role in building products that perform and scale globally.


The Shopper Product organisation is located within our commercial Markets and Channels business within LEGO Retail, the name for our direct-to-consumer channels. This department covers all aspects of a full retail company from marketing to eCommerce to loyalty and product management.





Core responsibilities





Lead the product vision

- Continue to drive a clear, ambitious direction for your product area, aligned with broader business strategy and global objectives.

Own the product roadmap and OKRs

- Set and track quarterly OKRs, ensuring your team delivers real business impact and makes trade-offs to maximise impact for users.

Champion end-to-end user experiences

- Deeply understand core user journeys across LEGO.com, ensuring each product or feature contributes to a cohesive, world-class customer experience.

Lead problem space area -

Analyse and interpret user needs and business strategies to solve problem statements, build strong user stories and acceptance criteria with the product team

Drive collaboration across teams

- Work closely with global eCommerce, marketing, retail, analytics, engineering, design, and other product teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery.

Lead product discovery

- Continuously explore opportunities alongside our User Research Service Design teams seeking design, data, and cross-functional input. Validate assumptions and evolve the product based on insights and experimentation.

Balance priorities effectively

- Navigate trade-offs between technical constraints, user needs, and commercial outcomes to make informed, strategic decisions.

Communicate with clarity and influence

- Present ideas, updates, and decisions to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams with confidence and precision.

Ensure strong stakeholder alignment

- Build trust and maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners, even beyond your direct remit.

Embed a culture of accountability and ownership

- Guide your team with clear direction, unblock challenges as they arise, and foster a high-performance, delivery-focused environment.
