As a Senior Digital Scorecard Performance Manager, you will be driving organisation effectiveness by developing business scorecards and OKRS. This includes designing and evaluating senior scorecards, creating strategies on how goals and objectives can be achieved, resolving operational issues, looking at data analysis and reporting to senior leadership, working closely with technical, operational and data teams.

Experience in developing and setting OKRs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Previous experience and ability in creating strategies and improving business performance.
Have previous experience in overseeing scorecards and performance of a digital team.
