About us

We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. We provide homeless young people with accommodation, mental health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.

Senior Direct Marketing Officer (Media)

to join our Acquisition Team based at Centrepoint, The Rowe, London.


The

Senior Direct Marketing Officer

will sit in the Acquisition team within Individual Giving. They will be responsible for increasing income by strategically developing, implementing, managing and analysing campaigns to recruit new donors through a variety of different media channels, ensuring that messages are on brand and reflect Centrepoint young people in a representative way.


Centrepoint have a diverse recruitment mix and management of several different channels including DRTV, press, inserts, outdoor, Meta, Google environment. An expertise in at least two channels paid media channels will be required for this role (i.e Paid Social, PPC, Press / Inserts).


The postholder will build strong relationships with internal contacts, agencies, and external partners to create innovative and engaging propositions which maximise donor lifetime value for Centrepoint to help us achieve our objective of supporting young people to leave homelessness behind for good. To do this, you will be an excellent communicator with a creative flair and a passion for ending youth homelessness.

What you'll be doing

Developing and managing paid media campaigns to recruit new supporters through a variety of different channels in collaboration with our media agency Liaising with Data & Insight teams to analyse campaign results and continuously optimise performance Facilitating creative workshops and writing briefs for our creative agency to develop engaging communications Building strong relationships with Centrepoint marketing and fundraising teams to share best practice in paid media marketing Developing relationships with our fulfilment and media agencies. Sharing insight, optimising campaigns and briefing them on campaign workflows as necessary.
