As a Senior Director, Data Partnerships, you will lead a highly impactful team focused on driving some of TTD\xe2\x80\x99s most strategic initiatives in EMEA. Key team responsibilities include identifying and launching new strategic partnerships, cross-functional collaboration to ensure partner adoption and success, and sales enablement to promote the partnership internally with TTD commercial teams and clients. The team is the bridge between Data Partners and the Commercial teams. Our team and your role will be helping to lead our advertisers to success by using more data to make informed decisions on their media buying.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

Set and execute the strategy for Data within the EMEA region for the Trade Desk

Lead a growing, culturally-diverse team based across the Region

Identify new strategic partnerships that solve local and regional proposition gaps

Launch and scale new partnerships in collaboration with Commercial, Legal and Product teams.

Collaborate with 3rd party Data Partners to help them grow their business on our platform.

Support commercial account teams from multiple markets in showcasing the power of data partners to prospective and existing clients.

Engage with the Global Product team to inform them of local market developments, recommend roadmap direction and ensure alignment with Partner product roadmaps.

Who you are:

Proven experience developing strategic partnerships or channel partner management

Experienced in strong consultative engagements with senior industry stakeholders

Experience in setting strategic direction in a complex external environment

Experience of leading a team

Self-motivated problem-solver comfortable wearing multiple and diverse hats

Action orientated approach to platform business development

Comfort and experience with Excel and Powerpoint as analysis and presentation tools

Proven communication, questioning and listening skills in formal and informal settings

Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic working environment with the ability to balance shifting priorities

Ability to build excellent relationships with internal (Legal, Finance, Product, etc.) and external partners

Experience of influencing Product roadmaps

Fluent in English. French, German, Spanish or Italian would be a plus.

Experience with Slack, Jira (or other ticketing systems), and Tableau a plus

Experience dealing with multiple EMEA markets a plus

Understanding of data workflows, APIs and integration approaches is a plus

Experience in Measurement, Identity or CTV a plus
