About the Team
We are looking for a candidate who is qualified, eager, and a self-starter, who thrives when faced with challenging timescales and has the ability to produce high quality research under pressure. Ideal candidates should have the ability to work independently, as well as be a team player who likes to work collaboratively, with an interest in becoming part of an established, dynamic and well-regarded financial services firm.
This is a publishing role and requires a commitment to active production of credit research. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-10 years of experience in the IG/HY credit markets. This role contemplates a focus on the fundamental analysis of debt issuers, and an emphasis on relative value.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Chemicals and / or Paper & Packaging sectors - although we will consider candidates with a proven track record in other sectors - and the ability to lead these two highly visible sectors within European Basics. As well as being responsible for all tasks related to issuer and sector coverage, the ideal candidate will be able to manage, mentor and support the development of junior analyst team members.
