Support Business Development for client engagement at senior levels and prepare and participate in project proposals and client engagement presentations. Developing and delivering pharmaceutical/life science project execution strategies. Educational Background: Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree in a relevant field. Proven Revenue Generation: Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale life sciences and pharmaceutical developments in the UK, including pursuits exceeding 3m+ in revenue. Proven Capital Delivery Experience: Of 15+ years in the Pharma market, leading and delivering projects in excess of 200m+ for A&E or EPC companies in UK&I. Technical Expertise: Extensive design and technical experience in pharmaceutical and process engineering. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of the UK life sciences, pharmaceutical, and developer/investment market, with the ability to shape and implement growth strategies. Sales Leadership: Strong experience in market-to-opportunity and account management, with the ambition and drive to meet/exceed challenging growth targets. Strategic Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead teams, drive client-centric solutions, and execute strategic plans at a leadership level. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Commercially driven, decisive, and innovative, with a strong focus on achieving results.
