Senior Director
in the Strategy Team, you will lead high-impact consulting projects, helping top-tier clients across sport, entertainment, and culture make smarter, insight-led decisions.
You'll act as a senior advisor and internal collaborator, shaping partnership strategies and ensuring that insight and innovation are embedded throughout the process. What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Consulting
Lead the development of strategic projects (both brand & rights holder clients) from inception to delivery
Working with cross department teams to maximize the value of partnerships across sport, music, and entertainment
Serve as a senior trusted advisor to key client stakeholders, delivering compelling insight-based points of view, presentations and strategic recommendations.
Applying expertise to build partnership rationale and strategic roadmaps that align brand, business, and cultural objectives.
Translate complex data and research into clear, actionable narratives that guide decision-making.
New Business & Partnership Development
Support business development initiatives with strategic insight, landscape analysis, category research, and audience analysis.
Contribute to RFP responses, new business pitches, and the development of forward thinking sales materials.
Help position Wasserman's strategic capabilities in market, reinforcing our leadership in insight-led marketing.
Internal
Share emerging market intelligence and industry trends to fuel innovation across the team and our clients.
Mentor and support junior members of the team, contributing to a culture of growth, excellence, and high performance.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
8-10+ years of experience in a strategic, analytical, or consulting role within marketing, sponsorship, or a related field.
Strong background in sports marketing, brand strategy, sponsorship evaluation, or consumer insights.
Proven experience influencing senior-level clients and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Demonstrated ability to craft and present insight-driven strategies that inspire action.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments with overlapping deadlines.
Skills & Attributes
Commercially minded and results-oriented, with a focus on impact and value creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting board-ready materials.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; confident analyzing data and visualizing insights.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and mobilize cross-functional teams.
