On behalf of our new client, we are seeking a highly experienced and discreet Senior EA/PA to support the Principal of a private family office in Fitzrovia, London.
This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional organisational capability, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage a wide range of both personal and professional responsibilities with absolute confidentiality and precision.
The ideal applicant will be proactive, adaptable and resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
They will serve as a trusted strategic partner, ensuring the Principal's time is optimised and that business and personal priorities are executed seamlessly. Applicants must have significant experience and longevity in similar roles within a family office or UHNW setting.

Responsibilities of the Senior EA/PA for Principal in Fitzrovia, include:
Executive Support
Manage complex and fast-moving calendars, balancing professional and personal commitments
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa procurement and detailed itineraries
Prepare briefing materials, agendas and post-meeting follow-ups for a wide range of engagements
Draft and manage confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion and accuracy
Personal Assistance
Oversee day-to-day lifestyle and household management, including liaising with property staff and service providers
Manage special projects and events - both personal and corporate - end-to-end
Act as liaison with legal, financial, medical, and advisory professionals
Operational Oversight
Support the smooth running of the family office by managing vendors, service contracts, and administrative processes
Maintain meticulous records and ensure timely execution of all tasks and deliverables
Proactively anticipate needs, resolve issues before they escalate, and act with initiative and foresight
Candidates must be/have:

Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in a senior EA role within a private family office or UHNW environment
Demonstrated ability to manage highly complex calendars and logistics across multiple time zones
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A high level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, the Apple ecosystem, and relevant productivity and scheduling tools
Highly flexible and composed under pressure; calm, solutions-oriented, and attentive to detail
Degree educated (desirable)
