Senior Early Years Educator

to lead and nurture our vibrant group of children aged 2 and above.

As part of our small, warm and welcoming team, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality early years curriculum, mentoring fellow educators and apprentices, and ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and supporting a small team, fostering a culture of curiosity, creativity, and care Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences tailored to each child's developmental stage Observing and assessing children's progress, and using your insights to guide next steps Building strong partnerships with parents and carers, sharing milestones and celebrating achievements Championing health, safety, and safeguarding standards across the nursery Supporting the Manager and Deputy, stepping up when needed to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:

A qualified Early Years Educator with experience working with children aged 2+ A natural leader who inspires others and leads by example A deep understanding of child development and the EYFS framework Excellent communication skills and a warm, nurturing approach A commitment to continuous professional growth and reflective practice

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.80 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week
