Senior Early Years Educator
Job Description
This is a new and exciting position recommended for experienced and confident practitioners with experience of working with children in the 2-4 age range and qualified to at least Level 3 who are keen to develop their skills as they join our leadership team in the role of Curriculum Lead.
Being our Forest School setting, you will have a desire for outdoor learning and an ability to plan innovative activities both indoors and out.
You will be energetic, passionate and keen to develop a pedagogy in line with the ethos of our settings and a sound knowledge of the EYFS, particularly the requirements for children of age two and above.
Please note this position is term time only.

Responsibilities
Provide nurturing and educational support to children in early years settings. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience. Maintain records of children's development and learning milestones.
