Wigwams nursery is 1 of 7 nurseries operated by the Bows & Arrows Group charity - we are a not for profit organisation, meaning every penny goes back into developing our nurseries & staff.

We have been rated Outstanding by Ofsted and offer exceptional all year round childcare for children aged 0-5 years, operating a baby, toddler, and preschool room with plenty of outdoor space - we have a real passion for outdoor learning!

The role....

You would be joining a knowledgeable team who have a genuine passion for playing their part in making a child's nursery journey full of happy memories, leaving us as confident & independent children.

Reporting to the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for supporting your room and practitioners to deliver high quality care & education that enhances the development of each child (while ensuring the children have fun too!)

You will need to -

hold a relevant?level 3 qualification?in Children's and Early Years Workforce (or equivalent)
This role may suit an experienced practitioner who is looking for career progression.

Hours:?You will be working 36/40 hours per week all year round.

Hours can be negotiable as well as working shift patterns

Hourly Rate:?13.73 per hours (Full time equivalent based on 40 hours 28,558.40)

Starting December 2025
