to lead and inspire our early years provision in Saltford Day Nursery and our Pre-School based within Saltford Primary School.

About the Role
As one of our Senior Early Years Manager, you will:
Provide strategic leadership and operational management across allocated early years settings and support colleagues within our group of nurseries.
Ensure high-quality teaching and learning in line with the
EYFS framework
.
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
Develop strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
Lead safeguarding practices and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in managing early years settings at a senior level and qualified at least to Level 3 in Early Years.
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to inspire teams and deliver exceptional outcomes for children.
