Role Overview:

As a Senior Early Years Practitioner you will play a key role in leading practice ,helping to create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment. Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging ,developmentally appropriate activities following the EYFS framework. Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and families. Promote children's well-being, independence and love of learning Maintain a safe ,stimulating and welcoming environment both indoors and outdoors Ensure safeguarding,health & safety and welfare policies are followed at all times. Maintain accurate records,observations and assessments

Leadership & Teamwork:

Support and mentor Model excellent practice and contribute to a warm ,collaborative team culture. Leading the room confidently when required and supporting team development.
