We are seeking a
Senior Early Years Practitioner
to join our dedicated team and help us continue to provide outstanding early years education in a setting that is deeply rooted in the local community.

The Role
As a
Senior Early Years Practitioner
, you will:
Lead and inspire colleagues in delivering high-quality early years education.
Support the planning and implementation of a broad, balanced, and engaging curriculum.
Champion child-initiated learning and foster independence and curiosity.
Work closely with families and the wider community to strengthen our long-standing connections.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and EYFS Welfare Requirements.
What We're Looking For
A qualified practitioner with
Level 3 or above in Early Years Education
.
Experience in leading practice and supporting staff development.
A passion for child-led, play-based learning.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
