About the Role



As a Senior Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing space for children to learn and grow. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and supervising play-based activities to support learning and development. Observing and assessing children's progress, keeping accurate records. Preparing snacks and mealtimes, ensuring a clean and safe environment. Communicating effectively with parents and guardians. Enjoying outdoor play, outings, and embracing creative and messy activities! Nursery Key Holder Deputising for the Room Lead on her Days off Additional responsibilities such as Outings Organiser, Charity Events Lead etc depending on your interests

Qualifications & Experience



Level 3

childcare qualification required Knowledge of the

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

is desirable. Previous experience in a similar childcare role is required Paediatric First Aid certificate

Working Hours



Full-time:

Up to

40 hours

per week.

Part-time:

20-30 hours

per week (2-3 full days). Standard

37-hour

workweek over

4 days

.

Paid overtime

or

TOIL

for additional hours.
