Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support the Nursery Manager and staff in the

day-to-day delivery of high-quality early years care and education

. Act as a

role-model and mentor

to the team, leading by example in planning, observation, and reflective practice. Ensure a

safe, secure, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Undertake

key person duties

, fostering strong, trusting relationships with allocated children and their families. Support with risk assessments, safeguarding, and ensuring all policies and procedures are consistently upheld.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

? Hold a

Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare

or equivalent.
? Have

significant experience working in an early years setting

, with confidence in planning, assessment and EYFS delivery.
? Demonstrate strong

leadership, teamwork and communication skills

.
? Be passionate about child development, inclusion, and delivering high-quality care.
? Have up-to-date

safeguarding knowledge

and a commitment to best practice.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
