As Crackerjacks continues to grow, our team is expanding and we are looking for a qualified practitioner to join our preschool team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young children during their early learning journey. The Role

As a

Senior Practitioner

, you will:

Create engaging, child-led learning experiences Support children's development in line with the EYFS Build positive relationships with children and families Maintain a safe, stimulating, inclusive learning environment Carry out key person responsibilities, observations and planning Lead on high-quality practice Support colleagues and mentor where needed Take on lead responsibilities during sessions

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a

Level 3 Early Years qualification

Has enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine love for early childhood education Works well as part of a supportive team Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships Is reliable, caring and committed to high-quality childcare
Experience leading practice or supporting others is desirable but training and support will be given

Cringleford Primary School, Dragonfly Lane

Accessible via regular bus routes

Hours & Start Date

Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 3:45pm

Term-time only

Full time (part time considered) Start date:

January 2026 or asap
