An exciting opportunity has arisen at Ballaugh Primary School to join the small, happy and dedicated team as a
Senior Education Support Officer
.
This vital role is focused predominantly on supporting the needs of a small cohort of learners in Reception and Key Stage 1, in both small groups and one-to-one. You will be involved in planning and delivering the children's next steps in learning within our SSP framework, working collaboratively with the Wednesday and Thursday postholder, ensuring a seamless handover. You will also support the class teacher with core subject delivery and the delivery of literacy interventions to individual children in Key Stage 2.
