The role...

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our growing team.

The selected candidate will...

Ensure all projects are completed to a high technical standard providing full Stage 3-5 technical design, on time and on budget.

Carry out fee earning work for both internal and external clients, getting involved in the design of projects where a high-level technical expertise is required.

Meet with clients to establish project brief and budget costs for client consideration.

Attend sites to ensure installations meet the design and assist with the commissioning and handover of projects.

Assist our estimating team with providing cost effective design solutions.

Mentor junior members of the Design team in their learning journey.

Essential skills, experience, and attributes...

Degree in Engineering preferable

Member of the Chartered institute of Building Services Engineers and/or The IET (or equivalents) - Preferable.

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Proven track record of meeting deadlines.

Amtech (Electrical) design software.

Use of AutoCAD and advantage

Familiar with relevant legislation, codes of practice, CIBSE guides, building regulations and best practice.
