We're looking for a

Senior Electrical Engineer to join our site in Dumbarton.

responsible for managing the development and lifecycle of both new and existing products, combining market-driven product management with hands-on engineering design.

What you'll do:

Lead the design and development of new products and enhancements to existing ones Translate market needs into technical specifications and product requirements Apply engineering principles to ensure product performance, reliability, and manufacturability Conduct feasibility studies, failure analysis, and implement design improvements Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation Support manufacturing, testing, and operations teams with technical guidance Support the improvement of HSE performance via product design and operational guidance, ensuring safety is given top priority. Provide support and mentorship for team members

You'll have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in electrical product design and development Strong understanding of engineering principles, testing, and validation Experience managing moderately complex projects with minimal oversight Degree in Electrical Engineering
