Key Responsibilities:
Support project delivery under guidance from senior team members
Coordinate with internal and external teams including Clients, Architects, Contractors, and Consultants
Attend and contribute to design team meetings with support from an Associate Director
Undertake site inspections and report findings to the design team
Lead the technical electrical design elements across various project stages
Provide expertise across a variety of sectors including residential and commercial
Conduct detailed design calculations for major building services projects
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated project delivery
Assist other disciplines within the office as required
Work toward meeting company-wide objectives and quality standards
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Building Services (MEP) Design Consultancy
Degree in Building Services Engineering or related qualification
Proficiency in Dialux, Relux or similar lighting design software
Competence in Amtech or similar electrical cable sizing tools
Strong understanding of CAD and Revit workflows
Good knowledge of related disciplines such as mechanical, public health, and sustainability
Familiar with UK building regulations and Health & Safety / Environmental policies
Working towards Chartership with a recognised engineering institution
Strong communication skills and willingness to engage in client-facing activities
