We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, analysis, and implementation of complex electrical systems across various projects. The role requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.
Day-to-day task and expectations
Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Prepare, review, and approve detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes.
Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
Oversee and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality deliverables.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations, such as IEEE, NEC, IEC, and local building codes.
Perform site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.
Identify opportunities for energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, and sustainable design.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Prepare and deliver technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

Experience/Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, including design and project management.
Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and handle complex projects.
Skills/Competencies
Experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes.
