Based at our R&D facility at Rotherwas, due to continuing growth of the company, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to join the design team working on a range of state-of-the-art search and rescue products for the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
Design of Electronic Schematics for analogue and digital systems
Design of wiring interconnects
Mentoring junior engineers
Board /component level testing
Support of Software engineers during design and development
Production of Hardware specification documentation
Support for existing products
Requisite capabilities/ experience
Minimum 5 years experience developing Analogue/Digital Hardware
Knowledge of microcontroller and embedded systems
FPGA hardware design
Use of laboratory equipment
PCB design software (Altium Designer)
Design for EMC
Design for Manufacture; Design for Test

Hours are based on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm with half an hour each day for lunch. No weekend, evening, or bank holiday working.
Salary commensurate with experience.
