The Role



We're looking for a

Senior Electronic Security Engineer

with strong experience in the installation, servicing, and fault-finding of electronic security systems. You'll work across a variety of commercial sites, focusing on integrated systems including IP CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.

This field-based role requires technical confidence, initiative, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. You'll work both independently and as part of a team and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities



Install, service, and repair electronic security systems including: Access control CCTV Intercoms Intruder alarms Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance Lead and supervise installations and commissioning of new systems Diagnose faults and provide on-site technical support Use the company's mobile app to manage jobs and complete reports Conduct site surveys, audits, and system assessments Liaise with clients and stakeholders professionally on-site Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Uphold company values and deliver exceptional customer service Report directly to the company director

What We're Looking For



3+ years' experience in electronic security engineering Strong working knowledge of systems such as Paxton, Texecom, Pyronix, Honeywell, Hikvision, BPT, CAME, etc. Confident with CCTV, access control, intercoms and intruder alarm systems Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK Based in or near London Comfortable using job management apps Excellent communication and time management Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team Experience working in secure or regulated environments (desirable)

Desirable (but not essential)



Experience with fire alarm systems Familiarity with NHS or other large commercial contracts
