Senior Electronic Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electronic Engineer to lead the design and development of complex electronic systems across analogue, digital, and RF domains. This role offers full lifecycle involvement--from early concept through to manufacturing--within a fast-paced engineering environment.

What You'll Do

Create schematics and production-ready PCB layouts using Altium Designer. Take designs from initial concepts through to full manufacturing data packs. Work closely with PCB manufacturers to support fabrication and assembly. Develop, test, and validate high-density mixed-signal and RF PCB designs. Produce test routines for board bring-up and prototype evaluation. Collaborate with software and mechanical teams on data, power, and mechanical interfaces. Deliver rapid-turnaround prototype boards, including hand-soldered R&D builds. Potential to mentor or manage junior engineers.

What We're Looking For

Degree (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline. Strong experience using Altium Designer. Solid background in analogue, digital, and RF PCB design. Knowledge of RF layout techniques--impedance control, signal isolation, EMC considerations. Experience developing hardware for DSP or SDR applications. Proven ability to take designs from concept to production. Skilled in prototyping, rework, and hardware testing. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Must be a UK national and eligible for security clearance.
