Are you an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Advisor looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy leading on projects and working with various stakeholders?
We have an opportunity to join the team as a Senior ER Advisor, focused on managing complex ER cases and leading on key projects across our global business. We're looking for a confident, personable individual to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and build manager capability across our 20+ brands, proactively addressing ER concerns to lead to earlier interventions and less requirement to enter formal ER procedures. As the Senior you'll supervise the team, dealing with escalations whilst managing your own casleoad of complex ER cases.

Always by your side is a core value at Acacium Group, and you'll have the opportunity to bring this to life by working in close partnerships with our regional and global teams, and have wider responsibilities supporting brand and function growth, operational effectiveness and resourcing best practice.
