Overview

This career opportunity within our career framework is at Managing Consultant level and is for the Commodities, Energy Trading & Risk Management (CETRM) consulting business unit. Wipro has been serving energy industry since 2007, offering domain expertise and delivering technological excellence. Our dedicated C/ ETRM practice is spread across the globe helping clients to streamline their trading operations and risk management strategies along their digital transformation journey. Through our long term and strong partnerships with package vendors, technology leaders and industry consortium we offer innovative end-to-end digital trading solutions/ services across the value chain, helping our clients to thrive in today\'s digital world.

Responsibilities

• Growth: Work with the leadership team to define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic account(s). Ensure the consulting business opens new business opportunities and expands Wipro\'s client positioning
• Relationships: As an Endur Architect you bring deep expertise and good industry connections to develop the consulting and advisory business
• Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients
• Customer Centricity: Delivering customer value as a central theme across all activities. Ensuring Wipro is delivering as a partner and aligned to client/ customer value and strategic goals.
• Branding: Leverage the above to help create strong Wipro Market Positioning and increasing Wipro\'s mindshare

Skills and Qualifications required

Driving Transformation

• Ability to probe customers, engage in conversations to uncover the underlying problems and shape the challenges into structured problem statements
• Comes with a good level of transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible business benefits at large enterprise clients
• Ability to drive and lead the strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients, partners, motivate teams and achieve results
• Good understanding of IT and digital technology, including its application to the CETRM business unit
• Must have deep-dive experience of European (and preferably UK) Power and Gas markets
• Broad front-to-back experience of Endur V19+ is needed, with deep-dive exposure to all of the major Endur functional areas (trade capture, pricing, valuation, etc )
• Demonstrable experience of being a BA on a sizeable change/ implementation project on Endur, with experience capturing complex user requirements and translating them into a functional design in Endur

• Good leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organisation
• Supports generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into successful outcomes.
• Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
• Know-how to comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans & solutions in tackling challenges

Talent Management

• Has some experience of nurturing, developing, mentoring of top talent into future consulting business leaders
• Supports in the delivery of our organisational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and Recruitment leads
• Proactively seeks opportunities to attract top diverse talent at all levels
• Exemplary professional and corporate track record, delivering concise and effective communications with authority
