Are you a Senior Energy Consultant looking to join a forward-thinking, sustainability-led consultancy where your expertise can genuinely shape how buildings perform?
Join a growing MEPH consultancy recognised for its software-first approach to sustainability, building physics, and digital asset optimisation. You'll work with blue-chip property advisors, institutional investors, and asset managers, delivering high-impact solutions that improve energy performance and asset value across the built environment.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexible working with UK-wide travel and periodic attendance to the head office. It's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced consultant seeking real influence, responsibility, and long-term career progression within a close-knit, agile team.
The Role

• Delivery of Commercial EPCs using IES dynamic simulation modelling
• Supporting and delivering energy audits to BS EN 16247
• Developing building lifecycle strategies and upgrade pathways to improve energy performance
• Advising clients on energy efficiency measures to reduce operational costs and enhance asset ratings
• Acting as technical lead for the company's in-house software, APM Portfolio Manager, including high-profile client engagement and helpdesk development

The Person

• Minimum 5+ years' industry experience
• Strong knowledge of building services and energy performance
• CIBSE Level 5 EPC Assessor accreditation
• Highly articulate, numerate, and confident in client-facing environments
