Champion the Teacher Engagement strategic initiative alongside peers in Teaching Delivery, with a focus on integrated marketing programmes, brand-led storytelling, and audience experience. Partner with Events and Comms on public-facing moments and campaigns tied to awards, advocacy, and recognition.

3. Market & Customer Insight

Analyse teacher motivations, behaviours, and sentiment across products, content, and channels. Commission and interpret surveys, usage data, and qualitative research to inform strategy. Feed insight into Editorial and Product teams to support product development.

4. Cross Functional Collaboration

Partner with Global Content (Editorial) to align content and marketing strategies. Work with Digital Marketing to deliver paid and organic campaigns. Coordinate with Product and Engineering on enhancements to Tes Magazine's digital experience.

5. Performance, Reporting & Optimisation

Define and report on KPIs for subscription growth, engagement, campaign performance, and ROI. Use tools including Sprout Social, Looker, and Google Analytics to report and optimise performance. Share learnings and opportunities with internal stakeholders regularly.
