We are currently looking to recruit DSEAR Senior Engineer to join our E&M division on a full-time permanent basis covering various sites throughout the central belt of Scotland. The senior engineer will be responsible for assisting in all delivery preparation activities during operational life of programmed work. In your role as a Senior Engineer, you will provide full project guidance and ensure that maintenance plans are developed and agreed as the overall work package evolves.

Main Duties and responsibilities



Assisting the Technical Manager in the technical delivery of project work. Responsible Person for review and approval of DSEAR RAMS within the business Provide technical support to all DSEAR Field and office staff as and when required Attend client meetings and liaise with the client and consultants to progress delivery Co-ordinating procurement and site activities on a project. Provide support to the PRC for the DSEAR Program Ensure the company complies with all relevant BS 60079 Series Standards Review and approve detailed and accurate RAMS for DSEAR and take ownership of RAMS register Review and approve Assumption Validation Reports and Equipment Verification Reports, ensuring adherence with relevant standards and procedures and before submission to the client. Design and scope remedial works to ensure DSEAR compliance. Review and sign off scope agreement reports before issue to the client. Undertake site surveys.
To be considered for this position you will have at least 2-3 years previous experience within a similar level role ideally within an engineering or similar industry background. You will have previous experience of DSEAR or Compex regulations (Compex 1-4) which is essential for the position. Previous ATEX inspection experience and installation of E&I equipment in Hazardous Areas is essential for this position. Driving to various sites across the country is essential so a full UK driving license is required for this vacancy.
