Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based at our facility, this role is vital in ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high standards of quality and safety, supporting our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes related to glass recycling operations. Maintain and improve electrical and mechanical systems and equipment used in production. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues promptly. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Support assembly activities for new machinery or equipment upgrades. Conduct regular inspections of tools and machinery to ensure operational efficiency. Document maintenance procedures and production reports accurately.

Qualifications

Proven experience with electrical systems and knowledge of industrial machinery. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. Strong assembly skills with a focus on precision. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to coordinate with different departments. Relevant technical certifications or training related to mechanical engineering or manufacturing are preferred.
Pay is negotiable dependent on individual skills and ability to cover overtime and call outs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-70,000.00 per year
