Position: Senior Engineering Manager (industrial refrigeration)
Location: Bishops Stortford
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From 70,000 to 95,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join a busy and growing refrigeration company that have a national presence.
This company deals with the installation, service, breakdown of industrial refrigeration, commercial refrigeration and air conditioning.
This is a new position within the company due to company growth. They are looking for someone to manage everything within an industrial refrigeration company which could include pre order proposals, client audits, research and development of refrigeration plant, working with design and estimating, refrigeration energy assessments, new business, technical consulting as well as creating solutions for clients across the UK.
The right person for this position will have a strong understanding of industrial refrigeration at senior management level. They need to be proactive in helping grow an existing business and be passionate about dealing with every area of the business.
This is a very high end position within the company where we will need some one that can attend the office at least a couple of times a week.
Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of industrialrefrigeration
• Has dealt with all areas of a business from sales, estimating, audits, client management etc
• Able to provide a consultancy service to the clients
• Based in a commutable location to Bishops Stortford
• Full UK Driving licence
• Experience in dealing with clients that have included food manufacturing and pharmaceutical
• Happy to travel the country to support new and existing clients
• Passionate about learning about new products and selling them to the clients
• Experience in dealing with design
• Able to deal with pre-order sales stage proposals and negotiations
