Job Description

We're partnered with a specialist civil engineering and infrastructure company who are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Environment & Sustainability Advisor to lead the charge in embedding sustainability into everything they do.
What You'll Be Doing:

Championing Sustainability - Lead environmental initiatives across projects, from carbon reduction to green procurement.
Driving Compliance - Ensure our sites meet environmental legislation through inspections, coaching, and collaboration.
Engaging Stakeholders - Liaise with regulators, clients, and subcontractors to keep sustainability front and centre.
Educating & Inspiring - Deliver impactful training and campaigns that energise teams around sustainability goals.
Tracking Impact - Monitor and report on environmental KPIs to measure progress and drive improvements.

What You'll Bring:

Expertise & Experience - Environmental management or sustainability experience, ideally in construction.
Technical Know-How - A relevant degree, strong data skills, and a solid grasp of Net Zero principles.
Confidence & Communication - Able to present with clarity and handle site challenges with professionalism.
Passion for the Planet - A genuine commitment to environmental protection and continuous learning.
