What you'll be doing

Supporting the delivery of the NEXT Code of Practice, overseeing non-compliance remediation and driving supplier performance improvements. Managing supplier engagement and training across ESG requirements, ensuring understanding, alignment and timely action from partners. Supporting the ESG Manager with regulatory readiness and data collection requirements, including carbon reporting and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). Developing and delivering internal ESG communications, training sessions and awareness materials to upskill teams across the business. Monitoring industry developments, legislation and best practice, feeding insights into Reiss's evolving ESG strategy and representing the brand at external industry forums.
