Area Lettings Instructions Manager
We\'re looking for a highly motivated Area Lettings Instructions Manager to increase market share across Staffordshire who will report into the Area Director. Key responsibilities of an Area Lettings Instructions Manager Covering multiple branches in Cambridgeshire, the main purpose of the role is to win new listings and gain new rental instructions to drive lettings market share within the brand. You will have a pro-active and entrepreneurial approach to winning new business always searching for the next opportunity. You will build a strong rapport with our Estate Agency and Financial Service teams to increase referral activity and you will build and maintain a comprehensive client and investor database. You will also have excellent industry knowledge alongside a strong knowledge of the geographical area. Skills and experience required to be a successful Area Lettings Instructions Manager

• Lettings experience. Preferably already a Lister, Valuer or a Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for progression
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence
