Salary: 30,000 Basic | 70,000-80,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission) | Full-Time | In-Person

We are actively recruiting for an experienced estate agent across sales and lettings.

What we are looking for:

Manage and conduct viewings and negotiations with vendors, landlords and applicants Mentor junior negotiators and assist the lettings manager in business growth Deliver a 5-star customer experience Coordinate property marketing (EPCs, floorplans, photography) Lead and manage our close-knit team Conduct property valuations and bring listings to market Drive business generation, motivate staff, and ensure exceptional customer service Train and develop staff, run morning meetings, and support day-to-day operations

Role requirements:

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm Saturday availability preferred 9am - 3pm Experience in estate agency (sales and lettings) Managerial experience preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organisational abilities and high attention to detail Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven A team player with a customer-first mindset Full UK driving licence and own car

Location - Hanger Lane, Ealing, W5 1ET
