You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process while providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to dealing with
higher-net-worth clients selling larger homes.
Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying and selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Prepare and present marketing material and particulars to clients.
Stay updated on local property trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide accurate information to clients.
Manage administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records efficiently.
Experience
Previous experience in real estate or a related field is essential.
Excellent communication skills are crucial for engaging with clients and negotiating deals successfully.
Exceptional organisational skills are necessary for managing multiple listings and client interactions simultaneously.
